Heat fusion
Heat fusion (frame lamination) processing is a special process in which the surface of urethane foam is melted with a flame and bonded to fabric, film, etc.
It can be laminated with urethane foam without damaging the texture of the fabric, and is used in a wide range of applications, including car seats, child car seat covers, swimsuit pads, bags, and helmet interior cushions.
