Sealing performance

We have a lineup of urethane foam and EPDM foam, and we can propose the optimal material to meet your needs.
The product is designed with environmental considerations in mind and complies with green procurement guidelines (no heavy metals such as lead or cadmium, and no halogen-based flame retardants are used).
Both have low ventilation characteristics, so they can also be used as noise reduction components.

Guidelines for material selection

・If durability such as weather resistance, chemical resistance, and heat resistance (-30°C to 100°C) is important, use EPDM foam (Everlight Moran®).
・In environments up to -30°C~80°C or when you are not exposed to ultraviolet rays, use urethane foam.
・We recommend using different products depending on whether you are sealing against water or air.
Depending on the level, we recommend RB, CY, CW, CE, DO, and Everlight Moran® as water seals.
