Everlight Moran®
It is a semi-closed cell foam whose main component is EPDM synthetic rubber, which has excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, and chemical resistance. (Everlight Moran® #031 is a closed cell foam.)
Its flexibility allows it to easily conform to uneven surfaces, it can be easily compressed, and it exhibits stable water and air sealing properties, making it suitable for use in a wide range of industrial fields.In addition, our unique foaming technology allows us to offer a lineup of grades ranging from approximately 10 to 25 times foaming, with the 25 times foamed product being a rare material in the world.
Furthermore, it does not contain any halogens, nor any heavy metals such as lead or cadmium, and it does not contain bitumen such as asphalt, so there is no need to worry about pollution. #730 and #830 are flame retardant-free yet are UL-94 HBF certified. Please contact us separately for details on certified thicknesses.

- * Measurement method: A 10mm wide U-shaped sample is sandwiched between two transparent acrylic plates and a PP film, left to stand for a day and night, and then water is poured in up to a specified height. The time until the water begins to leak is measured.
