SAFETY GUARD
This shock-absorbing foam is designed for circuit courses, where high impact absorption performance is required. It has been certified (FIM) for international motorcycle races.
It is used in a variety of environments, including major domestic circuits, test courses, and auto racing tracks.

Installation and specifications
- (1) The SAFETY GUARD is designed to suit any situation, depending on the circuit course settings. It is also lightweight, making it easy to carry and install.
- (2) Products can be easily connected to each other.
- (3) The product has sufficient strength to withstand a collision with the connecting parts.
- (4) The top is designed to be arc-shaped, making it less likely for rainwater to accumulate.
- (5) By providing an installation loop, it can be easily fixed to guardrails, etc.
- (6) We can propose various specifications depending on the installation environment.
Shock absorption
- (1) The characteristics of the urethane foam base material and an innovative energy absorption structure enable the cushion to absorb impact energy during a collision while simultaneously reducing repulsion energy compared to conventional cushions, thereby reducing rebound.
- (2) This effect can be fully achieved even when the products are connected together.
External Authentication
Two types, "ARCHEM MODULE 1300" and "ARCHEM URETHANE BARRIER", have been certified by FIM (International Motorcycling Federation).
Safety measures
- (1) Its unique structure provides excellent shock absorption performance.
- (2) When a rider collides with the SAFETY GUARD, the connecting surfaces are covered with a cover to prevent debris from getting between the products.
- (3) A skirt has been created to prevent the rider from slipping under the SAFETY GUARD when they collide with it.
- (4) A size variation is available to cover guardrails up to 1,350 mm high.
