New Year's Thoughts

We would like to extend our best wishes for the New Year.
While the spread of COVID-19 has calmed down over the past year, the unstable situation continues to this day with rising prices, a weak yen, and worsening international affairs. We hope that each and every employee will continue to take on challenges this year and contribute to the growth of Archem, without succumbing to this difficult environment.
Our company's Purpose/Vision is to "spread comfort in every situation around the world," and we aim to contribute to people's comfort through a wide range of urethane products, from car seat pads and bedding mattresses to household goods and office equipment. This year, we will continue to pursue customer comfort while at the same time taking on the challenge of solving social issues in order to realize our Purpose/Vision.
Furthermore, last year we created our ESG initiative policy while listening to the opinions of our customers and suppliers. One of our initiatives, "Building a Circular Economy," involved us presenting our polyurethane foam recycling technology at an academic conference in collaboration with Nagasaki University. This activity embodied our mission of "Exploring the possibilities of chemical materials to create unforgettable comfort." This year, we will continue to incorporate ESG initiatives into our management foundation, solidifying the foundation for further growth for Archem and aiming to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
This year too, we intend to continue to sincerely address needs and social issues, so we would appreciate your continued guidance and support.
