Archem Inc. 2. Background to the launch of the recruitment website
As we approach our 4th anniversary, we are embarking on new challenges to achieve further growth. In addition to our traditional career recruitment, we have fully launched our "new graduate recruitment" program at the end of last year, targeting those joining the company from April 2027 onwards. To ensure that job seekers deeply resonate with our company culture and can make informed career choices, we have now launched a new recruitment website that serves both career and new graduate applicants.

This section provides a detailed overview of our three business areas: sheet pads, industrial chemicals, and office automation equipment. We explore how our products support your daily life and society, and delve into the manufacturing process behind them. - Job Descriptions
We delve deeply into the job content and ideal candidate profile for each of the four job categories (Development/Production Technology/Sales Planning/Corporate). Please find the job category that best suits your aptitude and preferences. - Employee interviews (project stories, cross-talk)
This section showcases the journeys of our employees as they take on challenges. In addition to interviews categorized by job type and position, we publish a wealth of content that conveys our company culture of embracing change as an opportunity for growth, including "cross-talks" where multiple employees delve into a single theme, and "project stories" that explore the process of creating value across departmental boundaries. - Internship (for new graduates)
