Archem Business Japan Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Ryota Nagasaka; hereinafter referred to as "ACBJ"), a group company of Archem Inc. Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells urethane products, relaunched its independent recruitment website on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
As the core of Archem Group's manufacturing and sales operations in Japan, the company leverages its strengths in locally rooted manufacturing and advanced technological capabilities.
This recruitment website was created as an official media platform to convey the "realistic appeal of ACBJ's work" and the "warm and flat corporate culture" that is deeply rooted in each and every employee, to new colleagues (including high school and technical college graduates, university and graduate school graduates, and mid-career hires) who will be responsible for the future of the company.
