Since its establishment in August 2022, Archem Inc. has continued to grow steadily by leveraging the solid technology of the urethane business that its predecessor company has cultivated over 70 years, and its unique strengths in handling everything from material manufacturing to sales.

Our Purpose/Vision has remained unchanged since our founding: "To spread comfort in every situation around the world." To that end, we aim to create a more comfortable society through a wide range of urethane products, from car seat pads to bedding, household goods, and office supplies. Furthermore, with our Mission of "Exploring the possibilities of chemical materials to create memorable comfort," we continue to take on new challenges, never satisfied with the status quo.

In recent years, as environmental problems have become more serious on a global scale, the urethane industry has also undergone a period of change, but we view this change as an opportunity for growth. We aim to meet society's expectations by proactively promoting sustainability initiatives, such as research and development of recycling technologies through industry-government-academia collaborations and product development using plant-based materials derived from palm. These initiatives have reduced costs to the same level as petroleum-derived raw materials, and we are confident that they will become a new pillar of revenue in response to environmental issues and social changes, accelerating our growth.

Our greatest strengths are our technological capabilities, backed by many years of experience, and our spirit of taking on challenges without fear of change. Furthermore, our diverse bases both in Japan and overseas, along with the diverse human resources and values that gather there, are the source of our competitive edge in global business development. We have restructured to fully utilize these resources, further strengthening our management foundation to take on new challenges. Building on this foundation, we will further hone our technological innovation and ability to respond quickly to market needs, and move forward into the next phase of growth.
