Article 1 Application of these Terms

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who uses the official account or its page (hereinafter referred to as "This Page").
2. If a user uses this page, they are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
3. The Company may change these Terms of Use without prior notice. Changes to these Terms of Use will take effect from the time they are published on this page or on the Company's website.

Article 3: Handling of Personal Information

3. If a user follows an official account or posts content (hereinafter, including, but not limited to, images and videos) or transmits other information on this page, the user will be deemed to have granted permission for the Company (including, but not limited to, the Company's officers and employees in this paragraph and the following Article 1) or third parties (including, but not limited to, other users in this paragraph, the following Article 1, and Article 6) to access the information the user has made public (including, but not limited to, the user's name, profile photo, gender, ID, friend list, etc.). Article 4 Prohibited acts by users

1. The following actions are prohibited on this page:

   • (2) Any act that damages the reputation or credibility of, or libels (including libel or defamation of products or services) the Company or a third party, or any act that could result in such damage or defamation.

   • (8) Advertising and promotional activities and other business activities
   • (9) Harmful, obscene, violent, or other conduct that may cause discomfort to other users
   • (10) Any act that is or may be linked to a crime.
   • (11) Any act prohibited by the company that provides the social media (hereinafter referred to as the "Social Media Provider").
   • (12) Any other act that the Company deems inappropriate
2. If a user's actions fall under any of the items in the preceding paragraph, we may delete the content related to the prohibited actions or block the account.
3. If the Company suffers damage due to the actions of a user, the Company may claim compensation for damages from the user.

Article 5 Intellectual Property Rights

1. The copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights of the information displayed on this page belong to our company or the rights holder.
2. Users must not use the information displayed on this page beyond the scope stipulated by intellectual property laws without obtaining the consent of the rights holder.
3. When a user posts content on this page, the user grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use said content worldwide (including processing, extracting, copying, publishing, translating, etc.). The user will not exercise any intellectual property rights (including moral rights) relating to said content against the Company.

2. If a dispute arises between us and a user in relation to the official account or this page, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
