For 70 years, since its predecessor's inception, Archem Business Japan has honed its skills in the manufacturing, processing, and sales of polyurethane foam, consistently leading the polyurethane foam industry. Since becoming independent in 2022, we have entered a new stage, and our employees are working together to continue growing every day.
Archem Group's mission is to "challenge the possibilities of chemical materials and create unforgettable comfort." Since our founding, we have supported Japanese industry and people's lives in every conceivable field, from automobiles to bedding, electrical machinery, and household goods, creating "comfort." Furthermore, in 2023, we began manufacturing plant-derived raw materials and selling original products, responding to the needs of the times and customer feedback while also pursuing forward-looking challenges.
As a leader of our company, what I value most is the idea that "the growth of our employees is directly linked to the growth of the company." How do you all think about "working"? In fact, I believe that the essence of work is not so different from what you did during your student days. Many of you have worked hard and put in a lot of effort in your studies, club activities, hobbies, and so on.
"Working = working for a company" means that each organization and each employee who supports it work together as one, striving to achieve the company's goals through daily mutual improvement. Goals are not easily achieved immediately. Work can be tough at times. In order to overcome such obstacles, we believe that the cycle of "employee growth = organizational growth = company growth" has always been, and will continue to be, essential.
However, "working = working for a company" also means that you are expected to produce results. Earning an income means, in a sense, becoming a professional in that profession. I would be extremely happy if you all could grow with this professional mindset.
Our strength lies in our own manufacturing facilities, which allow us to continuously produce products that meet our customers' expectations. The wisdom and skills of each individual working on our factory floor take shape, and these products support society in various fields. Creating value through manufacturing and contributing to society is our driving force.
In today's rapidly changing society, companies that fail to grow will be left behind. In such an environment, why not consider taking on challenges and growing with us? At our company, there are many colleagues and senior staff who grow together with us, and we all work with pride.

Please tell me about your previous work experience.
Since joining Bridgestone Chemical Products Tokyo Co., Ltd. in 1989, I have been broadly involved in domestic and international business operations and sales activities, including the sale of materials for low-voltage electrical equipment and office automation equipment, as well as overseas assignments in Hong Kong and China.
After returning to Japan, I held various positions, including overseeing the low-voltage electrical and office automation equipment business and overseas sales business, as well as overseeing the vehicle equipment business in the western region, driving business expansion and organizational management.
In 2022, I took charge of the industrial materials business at Archem Business Japan, Ltd.
Leveraging the sales skills and global perspective cultivated over many years, I spearheaded business growth and was appointed President and CEO in 2024.
Based on over 30 years of extensive experience both domestically and internationally, we are committed to creating new value and achieving sustainable growth while valuing our relationships of trust with our customers and partner companies.
What kind of company is Archem Business Japan Ltd.?
