Archem is a company that successfully integrates employees who transferred from Bridgestone and those who joined mid-career. Leveraging my experience from my previous jobs, I have been involved in a wide range of tasks in the corporate division, including business planning and public relations. Most recently, I have been working in recruitment, handling everything from experienced hires to new graduates.
