Expand your potential with Archem.

At Archem, various roles, including R&D (a cornerstone of a chemical manufacturer), planning, sales, and corporate functions, work together dynamically. Why not explore your full potential in Archem, a compact and agile organization?

Message from the Recruitment Department

Our polyurethane business began in 1952. After launching within Bridgestone Corporation, a major Japanese tire manufacturer, we were reborn as Archem Inc. in 2022.

When you hear the word "urethane," you might not be able to picture any actual products made from it. However, urethane is actually present in countless aspects of our daily lives, and can be described as an unsung hero.

To all of you joining us as new graduates, we expect you to have a positive attitude, like a sponge—one of our products—to absorb new knowledge on your own and grow step by step by taking on small challenges. There's no need to aim for big results right away. We want to work with people who value daily effort, striving to be better today than yesterday, and better tomorrow than today.

Furthermore, our company is a global chemical manufacturer with numerous locations both domestically and internationally. This means that students who aspire to work on a global stage will find significant opportunities for growth.

Furthermore, as a newly established company, we are still in a crucial formative period. For those with a challenging spirit who want to "make this company big with their own hands!", this is an environment where you can thrive to your fullest potential.

Going forward, Archem will offer a variety of programs throughout the year, including open company events, internships, and alumni visits, to help you gain a deeper understanding of Archem as a company. Next year, we are also pleased to announce the completion of Archem long-awaited, in-house research and development center. We encourage you to visit us and experience the atmosphere, corporate culture, and the people of our company firsthand. We would be delighted if you could then imagine a future where you join us.

Let's grow significantly together with urethane.
We sincerely look forward to receiving challenges from all of you who have a bright future ahead of you.
