Seat pad development
We are involved in the material design, product design, and development of molded urethane products, including automotive seat pads. A key feature of our work is that each function is specialized within its own department, while maintaining strong inter-departmental collaboration.
Industrial chemical product development
One person is responsible for the entire process of developing rubber foam materials such as urethane and EPDM, from material development and compounding design to performance evaluation and mass production launch. We handle over 1000 types of materials, which are used in a wide range of applications.
OA electrical materials development
I am responsible for developing precision parts for office equipment, primarily laser printers. Each team member handles the entire development process, from materials (material design) to finished products (formulation design, molding and painting process design).
Production Technology
As a development-related management department, we support business initiatives and promote development and technology strategies for the future. We are also leading efforts toward realizing a carbon-neutral society and DX/digital transformation.
Sales Planning
We listen to our customers' challenges and propose the most suitable polyurethane foam products. Working in collaboration with the development department, this job involves providing solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Corporate Staff
This role involves supporting the entire company, encompassing areas such as human resources, general affairs, public relations, finance, accounting, legal affairs, and information systems. You will support each business unit to ensure they can perform at their best.

First interview (web)
This is a one-on-one interview with a human resources representative.
We will ask about your reasons for applying, your experiences as a student, and your self-introduction. -
Aptitude test
Second interview (in-person/web)You will be required to take an aptitude test (SPI, web-based testing). Following that, you will have an individual interview with the department and HR representative you will be assigned to. We will discuss your understanding of the job, your career vision, and other relevant information.

Final interview (in person)
This is a one-on-one interview with the executive and head of human resources of the department you are expected to be assigned to. Based on the selection process so far, we will confirm your final decision.

Following that, we plan to hold follow-up events such as a get-together for those who have received job offers.
