Key Features of Archem 's Internship Program

Archem 's internship program has four key features.

You can experience actual work.

You can experience real-world work that you can't learn from textbooks. You can gain unique experiences that can only be had on-site, such as prototyping urethane foam, evaluating its physical properties, and attending meetings.

You can experience the latest equipment.

You can experience industry-leading evaluation equipment, including a 6-axis vibration exciter and motion capture. This is a valuable opportunity to encounter cutting-edge technology.

You can interact with employees from diverse job roles.

Through roundtable discussions and other events, you can have in-depth conversations with employees from a wide range of levels, from young recruits to veterans. Please feel free to ask frank questions about job satisfaction, career growth after joining the company, the work environment, and more.

You can get a feel for the company culture by interacting with employees.

Through informal discussions and lunches, you can have in-depth conversations with a wide range of our employees. You can get a real feel for the personalities of our employees and the atmosphere of our company.

The relationship between internships and the selection process

Participation in an internship is not directly related to whether or not you pass the exam.

Even if you don't participate in an internship, you can still apply for our new graduate recruitment program. While participation in an internship won't affect your chances of success, experiencing actual work will help clarify your vision of what it's like to work at our company and prevent mismatches. To help you visualize what it's like to work at Archem more concretely, we encourage anyone interested in our company to participate in an internship!
