- Are there any restrictions on majors or faculties?

There are no restrictions. Applications are accepted from all faculties and departments.
- I have a science background; can I apply for a corporate staff position (administrative department)?

Yes, you can apply. Your initial department assignment after joining the company will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of your preferences and aptitudes.
Regarding the selection process
- Could you please explain the selection process?

The selection process will follow the steps outlined below.
Application → Document screening → First interview → Aptitude test and second interview → Final interview → Provisional job offer - Is it true that I can't proceed with the selection process unless I participate in an open company event or internship?

No, participation in open company events or internships does not affect the selection process. However, we recommend participating to deepen your understanding of the company and the work.
- How many interviews will there be?

There are a total of three interviews: a first interview, a second interview, and a final interview.
- What format will the interview take?

All interviews are conducted individually. The first interview will be online (Google Meet), the second interview will be in person or online (Google Meet), and the final interview will be conducted in person at the workplace.
- What kind of questions will I be asked in the interview?

We will ask about your reasons for applying, what you focused on during your student years, your self-introduction, and your career vision. We will also confirm your understanding of the job role and your reasons for wanting to work for our company.
- How long does the selection process take?

The process from application to receiving a job offer typically takes about 2-3 months.
- When will I be notified of the selection results?

We will contact you with the results of each selection step within approximately one week.
- Can I withdraw my application?

- Will travel expenses be reimbursed for the selection process?

- How are assignments determined?

Within the recruitment categories you applied for (development, sales planning, or corporate), we will make a decision based on a comprehensive assessment of your preferences, aptitude, and the company's internal situation.
- Will I be assigned to my desired job?

We will do our utmost to respect your wishes, but depending on your suitability and the circumstances, we may not be able to meet your requests.
- When will I find out my assigned work location?

After receiving a job offer, we will inform you of your assigned department (including work location) before you start working for the company.
- Is it possible to change my job title after joining the company?

Yes. Through job rotation, you may have the opportunity to experience various job roles. You will also have the opportunity to communicate your career plan to your supervisor and the company once a year by filling out a career design sheet, so please take advantage of this.
- Is relocation required?

As this is a generalist position, there is a possibility of transfers and relocations.
- Are there opportunities for overseas assignments?

Yes. After gaining a certain amount of experience domestically, there is a possibility of being assigned to one of our overseas group company locations in the United States, China, Thailand, etc.

- What is the starting salary?

University graduate: 234,200 yen
Master's degree: 265,000 yen
Doctoral degree: 293,600 yen

We offer a company-leased housing system, or a housing allowance if you do not utilize company-leased housing. There are conditions for each option, so please contact our recruitment department for details.

We have training programs such as hierarchical training, job-specific training, on-the-job training (OJT), and elective programs.
- Can I take parental leave?

Yes. Not only do women take childcare leave, but our company also has a high rate of 86% for male employees. In addition, employees can utilize other systems such as family support leave and caregiving leave to suit their life stage.
- Do you offer internships?
