    We are involved in the material design, product design, and development of molded urethane products, including automotive seat pads. A key feature of our work is that each function is specialized within its own department, while maintaining strong inter-departmental collaboration.

    Focusing on the development of rubber foam materials such as urethane and EPDM, one person is responsible for the entire process, from compound design and performance evaluation to mass production launch.

    I am responsible for developing precision parts for office equipment, primarily laser printers. Each team member handles the entire development process, from materials (material design) to finished products (formulation design, molding and painting process design).

    This role involves supporting the entire company, including human resources, general affairs, finance, accounting, legal affairs, and information systems. You will support each business unit to ensure they can perform at their best.

The process leading up to assignment

There is a training period of approximately one month from the time you join the company until you are assigned to your department.
During this period, you'll get to know the company, learn about the work, and get to know yourself. Then, together, we'll consider the job that's best suited for you.

  1. New employee training

    The training begins with lessons to deepen your understanding of business etiquette, the company, and its operations. During this period, you will also learn in detail about the differences between each job function.

  2. Factory training

    Through practical training in the manufacturing plant, you will learn the fundamentals of manufacturing. By learning how products are made, you will deepen your understanding of them.

  3. Job-specific training

    You will gain hands-on experience in the work of each job category. By working alongside senior employees, you will deepen your understanding of the job content. During this period, you will determine your own interests and aptitudes.

  4. Placement interview

    We will confirm the individual's wishes and assess their suitability. We will hold multiple interviews with their supervisor and HR staff to work together to determine the most suitable job role for them.

  5. Assignment

    You will be assigned to one of the job functions based on your preferences and aptitude. After assignment, you will learn practical skills through on-the-job training (OJT) and grow into a fully-fledged employee.
