Archem 's organizational functions
Archem has an organizational structure that balances specialization and agility, with three pillars—"Corporate," "Business Units," and "Development Management"—directly under the Global CEO.
Each pillar plays a different role, but works closely together to enhance the overall competitiveness of Archem.
Corporate (Administrative)
This role encompasses functions such as business planning, finance, human resources, legal affairs, and IT. Beyond mere administrative management, it involves formulating company-wide strategies directly with the Global CEO, supporting the management foundation from both offensive and defensive perspectives to enable each business unit to accelerate its growth.
Business division
We translate market needs into products based on three core businesses: "sheet pads," "industrial chemical products," and "office automation materials." Our sales planning and marketing teams deeply understand customer challenges and propose optimal solutions. Our development team handles everything from molecular-level material design to final product evaluation and launch.
Development Director
This role transcends individual business units, managing company-wide technology assets and coordinating development strategies. It functions as a "technology command center," generating synergies between business units and ensuring Archem 's overall technological superiority in the medium to long term.
