The work in the sales department is broadly divided into three areas. In each area, we are evolving the value that Archem provides to society.
Connecting technology and needs
We translate our customers' abstract concerns and ideals into the language of Archem 's proud chemical and materials technology, and derive solutions. Our products range from the ride comfort of automobiles to precision parts for printers and the ease of use of everyday goods. Sales are not simply about selling products; we are involved in the entire process from material development to manufacturing and sales, solving essential problems that transcend industry boundaries. While being involved in the entire business supply chain, including development, procurement, production, and logistics, we connect customer insights with the technical capabilities of our development and manufacturing plants, acting as a bridge to shape "comfort" that does not yet exist in the world. Furthermore, we are responsible for the management of consolidated sales and profit and loss for the business, driving the entire business forward. We play a command center role, meeting expectations with "reliable technology and proposal capabilities."

For us as a manufacturer, our most important asset is the trust we have with our customers. Since the days of Bridgestone's chemical solutions, sales planning has been the face of Archem, facing customers head-on and acting with "integrity" as our top priority. This approach varies widely depending on the characteristics of the products we handle and the market. In the case of seat pads, we have established bases close to our customers and maintain close communication. We work alongside them during important turning points such as model changes that occur every few years, and together we consider the optimal specifications for the next generation model, building solid trust and a proven track record. In industrial chemicals, we are not limited to any particular area; all industries are our partners. In OA electrical materials, we handle precision core components that affect the print quality of printers. We deeply participate in our customers' new product development from the initial stages, and through strategic joint development, we create sustainable value for the future.
